WTB staff for monk!
It must have enchantaments 20% longer,
halves skill recharge of all spells 20%, halves skill recharge of smiting prayers 20% & something else (energy +5 preferred). Req can be anything but if it divine favor it has to be req 9 or lower, healing prayers 9 or lower, protection prayers 10 or lower and if it is smiting it can have any req.
